Backup

You should backup ff-config.php file before updating plugin.

Updating via FTP

Download file with latest version from CodeCanyon and unzip it. You will find flow-flow folder inside. Upload this folder to the folder where you have plugin's existing folder.

If your FTP manager asks you to overwrite the existing files, you should allow it.
