Support Policy

The purpose of the Help Center is to provide you with the right answers at the right time. Our support is provided only for direct product buyers. 

Our  Help Center is the only official Social Stream Apps support handling mechanism. Questions sent using other channels may be ignored without notice. We don't provide support via social networks.

CodeCanyon Customers

While applying at our Help Center you will need to authorise via Envato API mechanism to validate purchases of our products.

Free Support Period (CodeCanyon)

Currently, with every purchase on CodeCanyon you get 6 months free support for each product purchased. Support is not provided if support period is expired. As authors on Envato Marketplaces we strictly follow Envato Terms and Policies.

Envato Elements Users

According to Envato Elements terms support service is not included with your Envato Elements subscription plan. You can  learn more here. To get support, you need to purchase single license of plugin on CodeCanyon. Every license comes with 6 months free support period and may be extended.

Pre-Support Actions

Before asking your question, please make sure you have read the product documentation provided. 

Opening Support Ticket

In order to get a response in reasonable time we are kindly asking you to provide following information while opening support ticket:

  • Your website URL
  • Login credentials for WordPress admin and FTP access if necessary
  • Version of product used
  • Detailed description of actions taken before issue
  • Screenshot of the problem
  • Any other information that you find useful

All information provided is confidential and will not be provided to any third party.


We don't use, collect or share you email, credentials or any other information in any way. We won't spam you with newsletters or so.
